As someone who knows the complications of such questions, you're going to need to provide specific situations (with details) and mentalities (fighting to kill) for each fight.

Though, in a vast majority of the situations, Shepard would definitely beat Anderson. He's older and "rusty" compared to the battle-hardened (and possibly biotic) Shepard.

EDI Vs. Joker This is easy EDI IS the Normandy 2 Joker can barely stand

Kaiden Vs. Garrus Garrus if its a distance fight, and Kaiden if its close due to the biotics.

Wrex, he's a biotic and a battlemaster.

Liara, I assume Liara is a better biotic as Jack is called most powerful HUMAN biotic.

Miranda, she's a bitoic and Ashley has no means of stopping her biotics. 

Tali, Legion should be able to be hacked long enough to beat. If there is some reason legion can't be hacked then Legion.

Garrus, he'll using dampening field. 

Using ME2 gameplay would be an unfair comparison as squadmate talents are designed around teamwork. Shepard is the only individual powerhouse.

Shepard Vs. Captain Anderson: Shepard, in a close fight

Grunt Vs. Wrex: Wrex. Grunt may have superior genetics, but he's less battle hardended. I'd bet on experience trumping raw talent.

Jack Vs. Liara: Liara, easily. Jack is an extremely powerful *human* biotic, but Liara is the daughter of two powerful Asari matriarchs, both of whom also had biotic ability. As a human biotic Jack doesn't really hold a candle to Liara.

Harbinger Vs. Soveriegn: As of right now, Sovereign. Harbinger was an underwhelming boss in Mass Effect 2, and 'assuming direct control' quickly became a joke when Harbinger was dying before he could even complete that phrase. But I suspect he'll be a much tougher fight in ME3, when we face him directly.

Ashley Vs. Miranda: Ashley, in a close fight.

Tali Vs. Legion: Legion, easily.

EDI Vs. Joker: EDI, with Joker bowing before his computer Overlord.

Kaiden Vs. Garrus: Garrus, easily.

GREAT QUESTION!!!   Earthprime Superboy (PCEPSB) after he flipped would loose. PCS would use his wisdom and experience. It would be a gruesome inter-dimensional brawl.
It took modern Kal El, Kal L, and my girl Kara Zor-L to slow down PCEPSB...and Kal L to die before they locked him up. But he got beat. All 3 would have been no match against PCS...

edit...forgot the flying through a star and a wall made by the entire Green Lantern Corps
