Personally I'd leave that up to the author to decide.

A list of possible reasons for Warden infertility are that 1) the taint damages the ova/sperm so that they are not viable and 2) the taint makes the uterus inhospitable to implantation. We can assume #1 is closer to the truth, since male Wardens are generally infertile as well as female. If this is the case, it stands to reason that just as the taint doesn't kill all the people who undergo the Joining, neither does it destroy the gametes of all the people who have undergone the Joining.
You'd have to assume that the taint doesn't destroy the fertilized ovum outright, which frankly is a safe assumption, because if it doesn't do so in an already-Joined Warden (i.e. Fiona) why would it do so in a newly-Joined Warden?
It takes up to a week after insemination for a fertilized egg to travel up the fallopian tube and implant in the wall of the uterus. During that time, it's fairly self-contained, reliant upon its own inner resources for nutrients, rather than the mother's blood.
We also have canonical evidence that the taint doesn't spread through newly-Joined Grey Wardens instantly and immediately, since in the game, it takes the Warden days, possibly weeks, to sense the darkspawn and begin suffering the nightmares about the archdemon. (When speaking with Alistair and Morrigan in the Korcari Wilds, Alistair says it takes time before the Warden will be able to sense the darkspawn, and the Warden doesn't have his/her first nightmare until after Lothering, which is some days' travel away from the Korcari Wilds.)
On that rationale, immediately after the Joining, the mother's blood may be "safe" for some weeks, during the critical time between when the zygote implants and the placental barrier is established.
Since the Word of God is that a child carried by a Warden is untainted, we can assume the taint stops at the placenta and isn't passed on to the child, so there is no danger that the gestating embryo might "die" from "Joining."
So, for what it's worth, yes, I think it's possible. Obviously, given what I've written.
(Clearly I put too much thought into these things.)

In "Elysium" Riona undergoes her Joining within days of conceiving. As someone who has studied anatomy and physiology, here's how I rationalize it:

No you did just fine thank you. So sorry for the lte responce, I been busy with chapters and halted with said story for the conception reason/rational?
I figured i would throw a potion in for good measure, safe to say the Theirin line shan't fall in Ostagar. I shall let you know what I came up with upon completion. Thanks for the help.

Well, standing lore is that the taint hinders conception. There is nothing that I know of regarding going through the Joining *after* falling pregnant, though there is apparently enough trauma suffered by drinking the darkspawn blood that one could assume a miscarriage.
Personally I'd leave that up to the author to decide.
Thank you, I was considering the classic mystical pregnacy. I changed my mind. I want a before the Joining knock-up... oi that sounded awful, but I am seeing that the story is getting wonderful views, I am not going to complain.
Thanks for the input.

haha.
in all seriousness, if the joining was done after conception, then the unborn child would go through the joining as well. Remember not everyone survives the joining, the same could be said of unborn child.
