This is driving me nuts. Everytime I start the game, my username and password are there for a split second, then the game doesn't even try to log into Cerebus network, it just instantly boots me to the make a new account screen. I retypye my info, and it connects perfectly, but i have no way or choice i can find to saves this info so that I can log into the Cerebus network automatically........like it used to work before. Everytime I quit to main menu, load up a new character profile, do almost anything I get booted from the network and have to type it all in again before the game will let me use any save files.

After reinstalling ME2 on my new machine and copying over my save files, all worked good, my characters were there. I was missing some other file that saved achievments and more importantly to me, saved my bonus powers and such. I used my friends file to get access to my unlocks again. Is that related? I've browsed the file, it doesnt' appear to hold any account info that could be conflicting and causing the log in problems.

The problem has been with the login server for over a week now... strangely not everyone has the problem (that is why the fix is so slow, if it is coming at all). I cannot login into either ME2 DA2 or DA:O. EA support is as good as lining a brick wall up and charging into it head first (actually the brick wall hurts less). They don't even have the man parts to own up to or inform anyone that there is an issue.

Every time I boot the game, I get this error that says the connection was interrupted and have to log in manually.  That never happened before.

Same here, it's no longer auto logging in, tells me it's unable to connect to the server, but a manual log-in works fine.

I ended up switching off the automatic connection.

There are at least 3 (not including this one) of these threads going at the moment. Try reading through them and see if any of the hints listed help If not, post in the same thread instead of creating yet another one.
