Please please don't dumb this game down. x(
Kinda hard to make the easiest game of all time even easier
Do you people need some sort of overly-redundent inventory system, or incredibly bloated stat system in order to feel smart?
Pathetic...
Video games aren't a f***ing IQ test. It's not an entrance exam to college, or an SAT, or ACT, it's a god damn video game
Well, an inventory system and stats are usually part of an RPG, with both helping the player flesh out a character. I disagree with people who say that RPGs are simply games that allow you to play in a certain role, because all games do that.
And if that makes you unhappy, and you don't want games to challenge your grey matter, why not just play Call of Duty?
And I'm not being elistist when I say that. For example, my favourite games company isn't Bioware, to be frank...it's id Software, Epic and Raven.

I heard this statement awhile ago and I stick to it.. You shouldn't try to be everything to everyone.
rpg will say somethings missing
shooters will say somethings missing.
etc etc..
this does not look good to me..
My friend, I agree. Something tells me that Bioware thinks that more mass-market appeal is a good thing, but in the end they are digging a hole for themselves. You can't make a product of many different flavours, that appeals to everyone. It doesn't work. I mean, look at the heated hatred in this very thread, for example. It just creates conflict.
This is the same sort of rhetoric that Bioware peddalled out prior to Dragon Age 2's release. This isn't looking good for ME3 at all.
