i am building myself a new computer system and would like to port or copy over my save file from the game i started to the new computer .. also would dragon age or EA give me grief for reinstalling my game ontpo the new pc ?

You should be able to install the game on a new system without any problems. You may have to log into your account to verify but I don't know for sure. As for importing your saved games from the old system, just copy your saved games from your old system and paste / replace the 'saves' folder from your 'Characters' into the new one. The game won't know the difference and you continue on just as before.
