Do I have to completely uninstall ME2 in order to remove DLC? Just wanted to make sure there was no other way.

It's possible you could just delete the install folders. (List of DLC folder names if you want to delete only specific ones.) I haven't tested it out, though, so I can't guarantee it will work/that you won't end up having to un-install - if you do try it, I'd appreciate hearing how it goes. :)

It works.

I deleted the DLC folders and everything seems to be working fine.  Just any save in which you did anything involving the DLC. Basically, if you make a save while the DLC is installed that save becomes unloadable until you reinstall the DLC. I really hated how Arrival is forced on you. And once I heard it opens after Horizon, which makes no since whatsoever, I had to get rid of it until after the Suicide Mission.

Cool, thanks for posting! I suppose the fact that saves made during installation become dependent is a bit of a downer (though understandable for DLCs like Zaeed or Kasumi). Nice to know it's otherwise quite simple to delete DLCs, though.

It's not so bad.  It's just that if you start a new game with a DLC installed and decide to remove it for another playthrough, you can only load games from that current playthrough because the previous one would require the stuff you removed for the newest playthrough. But once you reinstall the DLC you can load the previous game's saves again.
