Anyone know of a mod where all of the specilizations are unlocked from the start so I don't have to find someone to teach me?

You could use Unlock All Achievements, as long as you don't care about completling them normally, because as the mod names says by itself, it will unlock all, and not only class specializations.

There is a mod that only unlocks the specializations, actually.
The only downside about the mod is that every time you reload your savegame it will tell you it unlocked all of the specializations in a row (which is annoying). I would suggest running the game with the mod once then uninstall it.

Launch Dragon Age/bin_ship/daupdater.exe program
Click on [Select DAZIP] button
Select the file now in the list
Press [Install selected]
That's all. Then you deactivate or activate the mod, in the game DLC option panel.
