I am thankful Lucas Arts protects the Star Wars Universe from things like this .

The Force Unleashed II would like a quick word with you...

Well, it'll have to wait in line with Jar Jar, Karen Traviss, the Clone Wars cartoon, this... thing and everything else Lucas has done in the last couple of decades.

No new LIs... so the people who lost every possible LI in ME1 and 2 have to go with... Liara... or no romance? Okay. It kind of ticks me off. It shouts to me that there won't be too many more characters added, which is fine I guess... but I really would've liked some new characters other than ANOTHER human.

Developing on old stories is fine, but I want some new ones too! Of course I understand that this just bloats the cast list more, but where is my new Quarian, where is my new Krogan, Turian, Salarian. Come on!

I at least want a male Quarian, would be interesting to get a new perspective on Quarian life. Doesn't have to be a romance, but I'm sure the ladies would love some quarian action too.

No new LI's doesn't mean no new squadmates of characters.
You want a male quarian? I'll bet Kal'Reegar will be a temporary squadmate, or at least you will meet him, during the resolution of the Quarian/Geth conflict.

If he is a temp squad, I want Miranda with me during that mission - and party banter. Easy Chuck references. B)

Uh, given that the Reapers are invading in force, did you really think sacrifice wasn't going to be a massive factor in the game?

Surprisingly enough, I didn't. I'm now just worried it'll be handled the same as it was in DA:O, which was the one aspect of the game I really did not like.

I be disappointed if nothing bad happens to anybody. I mean, the reapers totally have not been wiping out organics for thousands of years right? They can't be that good at it. <_<

what did those games oh that is right they have a Alternate ending along side a canon ending . so  I have no problem wiith them

I mean the fact it was critically disappointing and the fact that it was pretty crap in general.

Also, I don't know if you've seen Attack of the Clones but that almost completely ruined Star Wars' credibility.

I have seen all the Star Wars movies .  We will disagree on that but  we can discuss that some where else if you would like

Ah yes, Cerberus working with "Reapers"?
Became massive military force? Just after ME:Retribution?
MirandafiedAshley = new character/Sheps variant?
It's a damn craaaaap, I **** you not.

Otherwise, it sounds like a very poor, cheap paralols, um, i mean PARAGONS fanservice.
Helluva disappointment.

There was no player choice at the end of 2. There was only one choice and that was the paragon choice . so much for player choice when one choice controls how the story in 3 goes .

A bad choice is a choice nonetheless. Being a renegade does have an effect on Mass Effect 3, just not in the way you want it.

PC GAMER are lying retards. BioWare has NOT confirmed any of this and they said that the reasons for Cerberus hunting Shepard is a secret that is to be revealed in ME3.

And I also want to call BULL CRAP on the "no new Love Interests". By not having new romances you break ME tradition. I want me some female Turians for gods' sake, preferably Garrus's sister or the chick with "flexibility", heck maybe even Shiala.

Please prove that PC GAMER is wrong BioWare, I BEG YOU?:crying:

I'm not going to knock it if you like Attack of the Clones. Its the only Star Wars film I don't like and has generally recieved the worst review for any of the Star Wars films.

Also, you have to admit that Lucas is pumping out so much Star Wars stuff that the name is starting to lose the grandeur it once had.

I want a permanent new squadmate, hell its possible James Sanders is just a character for the beginning. Actually, I want at least a few. I do not want 5 humans and (possibly) only 1 alien aboard my ship! (not that I ever let anyone die :P)

Temp squadmate just doesn't cut it for me I think. Of course, not getting a new Krogan or Asari this time around is completely understandable (though I really wish I could have Shiala), I do think that there should at least be a new Turian, Quarian and Slarian (as there has only been one of each of these as a squadmate). Kal'Reegar and that Salarian from Virmire (forgot his name) both are good candidates, as neither can die (right?). They could have been romances too had Bioware felt the need to exclude any new characters from being a romance (still ticked).

Sorry if I rambled and ranted a bit too much. :P

Edit: About Star Wars. I grew up with the new Star Wars movies, and I loved them and still love the first two. I also love the old ones, and love them more and more. You have to remember that Star Wars is for KIDS. I understand your mysticism was apparently ruined by one line in a movie apparently. I guess because I grew up knowing that you had to be "force sensitive" to be a jedi, I never really cared, and I still don't care. YOU CANNOT BE A JEDI. It's still magic, despite that crappy line, which was obviously a way to explain the force in a scientific way, bad idea we all know. Hopefully, George Lucas will fix some of his mistakes, and not make more. Yep.

To everyone complaining about the lack of new LIs - ME isn't a dating sim, its a game about galactic war. Besides, you've had the choice of 5 LIs already per gender.

well it just goes to show Star Wars and Star Trek have much better stories than Mass Effect ever will have .  Plus the Cerberus evil turn is stupid and makes no sense .

..and lo did the Reapers say ""All your Cerberus are belong to us"

PC Gamer has had good info in the past. More than GI in some cases. I think it would be hard for them to misinterpret 'no new LIs,' but the Cerberus thing could be a complete mistake on their part.
Think of it this way: We have all seen the threads in BSN where people pose their theorys on how thir or that happens. And we have all seen how, most of the time, the person who thought up the theory is somewhat unwilling to admit how he/she may be false.
This could just be a stubborn PCG writer.

I wouldn't put it past TIM to work with the Reapers in order to find out how to kill them.

Work with Reapers -> Weaken Council races significantly (or outright obliterate them) -> Kill Reapers (easier said than done of course; CB possibly plays a role here) -> Establish humanity as dominant race in the galaxy

It would be an incredibly risky move on Cerberus' part, but the pay-off would be great.

Since it says, 'worst' possible time, I'm assuming it's referring to one particular moment that is the worst in the game, which makes the whole thing lame.

And I'm saying your assumption is poorly grounded as the entire game could be considered the worst possible time.  I mean, love-life troubles at any point during a Reaper invasion?  Sounds like bad timing to me.

Okay...so let it happen earlier...it's still lame to have a catfight for Shepard while the world is ending...
