So if there are no new LIs in ME3, does this mean you get to further develop a existing relationship with your current LI?

Or even... sexy times anytime we want?!?!

Ah Yes, "Variables" signature banner has been updated to include Tali.

To those of you who already have it, the update is automatic.  You do not need to change your signatures.

If they only played a demo, how do they know any of these squaddies are full time? Or am I misunderstanding what is meant by demo and they played most of the game?

They probably get to ask questions before/during/after the demo. Some/most will be answered.
As iffy as some of the info is, it's would be pretty hard in misinterpret a squadmember being confirmed or not...

I hope so. Though for now the LI confirmed are from ME1 (Liara, Kaidan and Ashley, which we know since ME2) and the two almost certain returning squad members, Tali and Garrus. I hope that we'll know something soon about the other LI.

That's the only thing it should mean.

"Your romance options get interesting: there will be no new love interests in Mass Effect 3, so who you can sleep with depends on your relationships with the existing characters.  If you coupled up in Mass Effect 1 and your partner is still alive, they're guaranteed to be a member of your crew.  If you weren't faithful to them in ME2- and 70% of players weren't - that's going to come to a head at the worst possible time: the end of the world."

Thats all there is information wise on romances
Although this is the same magazine that wondered if the new Ashley was a "new squadmate or FemShep variant"

Oh, ffs that better not be legit.

No wait, if you cheated, you fail miserably due to the epic catfight you can't get away from and the Reapers take over...oh, I like this...

I really hope you're right, but previous experience is against us. People were saying the same sort of things about having to work with Cerberus before ME2 came out.

Bear in mind the early ME2 info was that Shepard was dead. It was true, but no in the way we expected so give this a chance - it may go totally against what we expect.

True, but Shepard being dead was a sudden occurence, with no foreshadowing in ME1. We're told throughout ME2 that Cerberus are the only ones fighting the Reapers, and now one of the first pieces of ME3 info we get is that they are now working for the Reapers. Plus, ME3 is, what, 6 months after ME2? I could understand them changing their tune over a few years, if it was properly foreshadowed but a few months is a hell of a short time to do such a drastic U-turn.

damn! so that means i gotta another Sheploo runthrough on ME1 so he dont do the horizontal lambada with Ash so he can tap Miranda in ME2 so he knockmoreboots in ME3 and not worry bout her messing him over?

Uh, you do realize the entire game could be considered "the end of the world", right?

considering how things ended for TIM in me2 , i think working for the reapers is the most logical explanation

think for a moment , what's cerberus long term goal? whats cerberus position at the end of me2?

i think TIM makes a deal with harby in betwee me2 and 3 , and it involves with shep dieing

that will explain why cerebrus is working for the reapers and want shep dead

imo

I get that, but Chris said:

While there is indeed an article in PC Gamer, keep in mind unless the article says "Casey Hudson said..." or similar, what they are writing is their take on the information they have seen (this applies to ALL media/magazines/websites, etc). Don't get too worked up on any one item until you hear it confirmed by BioWare someplace.

And the only part I caught where it says "Casey Hudson said..." about any of the squaddies was the bit about Wrex. Did I miss something? I know most of them have been confirmed as being there, if alive, to some extent. It's the full time part that has me wary. Did Bioware confirm that set of squaddies as being full time?
