So, Help me! Please?

It wont / doesn't / tried to set my house on fire when I asked to... upload photos from my game to the internets. Or update my character profile. Or acknowledge that I have a character. Or let me beat it over the head with a wrench. 

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? ...Napalm?

Make sure you have an account on the EA site. Register your game on this site using your game box UPC. You may also require and account on the Bioware site. make sure they are all linked to the same e-mail and password. And DON'T GIVE YOUR CHARACTER PORTRAIT A BACKGROUND

I do have an account, and its registered and all that noise. And for like A DAY it actually worked properly then it apparently voted me off the island as its not communicating with me, or my game, anymore. I'm not sure what we did to ****** it off, but it has been unresponsive to my attempts to woo it back into good favor.
