My fiance bought me ME2 new when it came out. I never heard of ME and put it on a shelf. Forgot about it.
Well just finished DA2 and learned that ME and ME2 were also by bioware and the precursors to DA so I thought I'd give it a try. Opened it up and there is a code in the box to activate the Cereberus network for Zaeed, a shotgun, and other DLC.
Well I come to the code redemption page here http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ and tried to redeem the code but it keeps saying code not recognized.
I entered it with the dashes, ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP and without the dashes, with spaces, without spaces, case sensitive and not.
Playing on PS3.
Advice?

I'd recommend editing out that code so no one else tries to use it. No one here needs to know the exact code.
You should contact EA support, the other gamers on these forums aren't going to be able to help with an account problem.

Double check that you are enternig the correct code. Its easy to mistake 0 (zero) for O (ought) and vice versa. Sometmies B (be) and 8 (eight) can also blurand look similar. Some people have also reported that Q (cue) and O (ought) have been mistaken for each other.

Is that the format of your code, a 4 x 4 alpha-numeric? If so, that may be the problem, as it should be a 5 x 4 code (5 sets of 4 digits)

It's actually 3 sets of 4 numbers
So it would be ABCD-EFGH-IJKL

The only thing I can suggest now is to take a photo of it with a digital camera/phone and transfer it to pc to upload to them.
Failing that, get in contact with whatever consumer rights organisation is in your country and lodge an official complaint.
