I would think that kindly asking who can help solve a problem (or possible problem, whichever the case may be) is better than just angrily complaining. There could be any number of issues, such as incorrect information, wires getting crossed, orders getting lost, items selling out... You never know with this sort of thing. Stuff happens.

Visit the store might be accurate if there was such a thing a brick and mortar bioware store, but there isn't.Tocquevillain wrote...
Why does it matter? You can always do a chargeback if the product doesn't show up. This is the internet, stuff takes time to prepare and ship out. You're probably one of a hundred people wondering the same thing at any one time. If you want to be charged and have something immediately, visit the the store.

Today, I check once more and it just NOW says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" which means not only did they not give the order to the post office till today, but they basically lied days ago when they said they shipped it. I even called the post office and they said they didn't have it then.
So let me get this right, It's taken nearly 9 or so days JUST to ship an order out? That's not ridiculous at all.

Here's what I'm saying: "duh, things don't happen straightaway when you order on the internet."
Here's what you're saying "There's no way to get things immediately from the Bioware store cause there's no store, guess I'm just complaining for no reason because I know for a fact that things don't happen straightaway when I order on the internet."
And Tsuyiin, the mail system probably just did not update. Again, another system that doesn't update immediately. I know you guys all like to thing the internet makes things happen fast all the time, but it's simply not the case, systems need to update.

This is hilarious. Finally 3 days ago I get an email saying my order has been shipped. For the last 3 days I check the tracking number and all it says is order not found.

Not necessarily.
I ordered a shirt a day after ordering my lithos and ran into the "Order Not Found" problem. The litho order number was marked as Shipping Info Received and was only updated from that a few hours before they actually arrived at my house. The shirt turned up the next day.
Definitely not Treehouse's fault, USPS failed.
