I already own the Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 (Disc Version) and want to pick up the regular edition of Mass Effect 2 on Steam.
Is it any way possible to have everything I have access to via the Cerebus Network from the Deluxe Edition to the Steam Edition if I registered the Deluxe Edition?
It would be nice to not have to install the discs and keep one popped in every time I play, but I still want access to the Cerebus Network and all the free DLC I have tied to my account.

DLC is registered to your account, not to your game version.
If you dont want to use a disk every time you play, you will have to completely uninstall the disk version, and then install via Steam. Just bear in mind you will have to run the game at least once from Steam to get it to finish the installation process, before you reinstall your DLC.
