Everyone:
I play DA2 on the PS3 console. I've imported a custom save from my DAO/DAA/DLC playthrough, and it seems to have worked (mostly) good.
I noticed, however, that there are three options to import "pre-selected" world states into DA2 when you first start the game. Here's my question: If you select one of these options, are you given the option to further "customize" these standard world states, or do they stick with what's said in the description each is given?
Just curious because, as much as I'd like to play through DAO/DAA/DLC again in order to craft multiple custom save imports/world states, I simply do not have that sort of time. Heh. It didn't help matters that I lost one of my custom complete playthroughs when my original PS3 died on me (I lost a mage character that had totally completed DAO/DAA/DLC).

No, you cannot alter the pre-selected saves.

Two words: That sucks.
It'd be nice if, in the future, Bioware could incorporate a "check" of sorts that, if it finds you've played DAO/DAA/DLC/DA2 it'll unlock a menu that lets you select the world state you want your character to inhabit.

Or even a mechanism similar to ME2, where the "interview process" to check your memory allows you to customize certain aspects.
But, then again, I could always just go back and play DAO again to get the different choices, something I never mind doing.
