Hello,
I have bought most of the DLC including Lair of the Shadow Broker, Arrival, Overlord, Kasumi etc...
However since I bought the Cerberus Network Zaeed - The Price of Revenge is free, so I try to download it.
It gets to about 1-2% when a message pops up saying "Can't download Zaeed - The price of revenge"
I tried restarting my Xbox but it still dosen't work.

Any Suggestions?

Very much tempted to dismiss this as an internet connection problem, in which case I would say there's really nothing we can do for you.

Practically:how many times have you tried to download it? And have you tried at different times of the day?

HD space is also a possibility, though the error message should tell you if that was the case.

Hmm well I downloaded all the Mass Effect DLC before and have downloaded DLC fine since and there has been no problems,
It's just the Zaeed DLC that seem to be the problem, I must of have tried to download it now about 5-6 times but to no luck.

Sounds odd I will have to say, and the error message you say you are getting is far more specific than any other I have come across on the forums. With internet connections it could be a problem at their end as much as yours so it's difficult to say.

Since Zaeed is part of the Cerberus Network, are you also having problems with the other parts of that?

Have to admit I am still leaning towards the connection probability.
