This. Technically the U.S is the dominant power in the world (at the moment), this doesn't mean that they're anti everyone else. We have absolutely no evidence to prove whether TIM does or doesn't want to control other races. So saying that he is planning on this is a baseless claim.

There is that whole drugging asari to weaken their biotic powers thing.

Oh please cry me a river you anti Cerberus fans come with anything to defend Bioware and their garbage

Uh, it happens to be true:

2169 - TRAPDOOR experiments on asari captives with omega-enkaphalin to measure disruption of biotic powers. Estimate 2.5 mg active ingredient for each 25 kg of body weight; under 7.5 mg dose optimal to avoid detection by taste or smell; 3-5 Citadel standard days onset period; powers return in 2-5 Cit-stan days after last dose taken; permanent damage possible.

You go girl but don't whine when the other species hold their fleets back and let the reapers obliterate earth.

@ExtremeOne

You're not an Alliance ass-kissing fanboy; you're a Cerberus ass-kissing fanboy.

We got that already.

TIM is one of my favorite characters. I just don't agree with his methods. You can like a character and hate everything they stand for, you know.

Indeed.  That's the mark of an awesome "bad guy," I should say.

And I basically disagree with all my favorite characters on nearly everything anyway.

You are right, one of the best types of "bad guys" is one you can love and hate.

Then enjoy the story in the way you like it. But we're talking of a game, you're not a better person than me only because you wanna say to f**k off to a fictional organization instead of another.

Possibly AlienShep will dance with his quarian b!tch over TIM's corpse. Even if that will make me a mainstream Alliance ass-kissing fanboy.

See? Me too I can be moronic. But usually I choose to don't be like that, I have enough brain to argument my opinions instead of trying to ridiculize the other users's ones.

Human dominance =/= Anti-alien.

hell yeah its Humans first . If aliens invaded this planet I can bet you they would not be our friends . Bioware is just ass kissing the people who whinned like cry babies about Cerberus in the second game . Bioware can tell their sh**ty ass story in 3 and turn what could have been a very interesting character into a pathetic retelling of Saren .  all they want but I am still going to be pro human even in 3 .

sooooooooo they should listen to you whining about loving cerberus?

yeah, awesome, no thanks

Personally, I'm looking forward to showing him that just because I'm a nice paragon, I'm willing to make an exception for him.

Basically, more like Loghain, less like Meredith.

Odd, I found Meredith more agreeable than Loghain

Cerberus always seemed black to me though, I love TIM and think he's an awesome character, but I knew I couldn't trust him and his specist ways the minute I saw him.  I'm glad I get a chance to kill cerberus operatives again :D

Well I'm a lot more talented than you are. I can say this though: you are quite obvious.

It just takes practice, that's all.

If the alien Council can get away with it so can Cerberus.

Human dominance =/= Anti-alien.

Human domiance = Anti-alien.

To control another race is to deny them liberty. That seems anti-alien. Unless self-determination is optional. >_>

Dominance doesn't necessarily mean controling them. It can just mean having the most sway via wealth and military power. The Council for instance with it's Turian muscle has dominance over all the non-council species in it's space.

This. Technically the U.S is the dominant power in the world (at the moment), this doesn't mean that they're anti everyone else. We have absolutely no evidence to prove whether TIM does or doesn't want to control other races. So saying that he is planning on this is a baseless claim.

If you want to get into how the US has undermined other countries, for its own benefit, for the past 60 years, I am ready to go. But, it is a red herring. There is evidence that TIM wants to control other races. Experimenting on alien races, as has been pointed out on this thread. All the experiments in creating biological weapons in ME 1. "human nationalist focused on advancing human interests, whatever the cost to non-human" & " warned that an alien attempt at human genocide was inevitable" - from the Codex. No, he is a real boy scout.

You may have a point there.
The Council is pretty screwed up. Less so than Cerberus, in my opinion, but I'd still embrace the opportunity to overthrow them and completely reform the galactic government.
Of course, this would be well after I have purged Cerberus from existance.

I wish there was a renegade path where Shep could rally the non-council races (Krogan,Vorcha,Quarian, etc) and overthrow the council.
