Sunburst will also be a useful spell. If you have the Daystar sword or the Helm of Brilliance, you should be fine.

Though I'm not 100% sure whether berserk/enrage protects against Domination.

Korgan/Minsc's berserk/enrage (Korgan is better) should be all you need.

Amulet of Power will stop draining, you get it from Aran Linvail. I have an Undead Hunter protagonist.
Lilarcor sword protects against Charm as does the Helmet of Charm Protection. Latter can be found in the Temple of Lathander in the Temple District .

Spell Revisions changes the duration of NPP to one round per caster level, making it a far more useful spell. The best option is having a mage with decent wisdom cast Limited Wish and choose the option "i want to be protected from undead". That will cast NPP on your entire party. Don't let Edwin do that or you're in for a nasty surprise:P

Or a helpful surprise- if you have a high level Viconia near by...
One footnote. It is the Wisdom of the character that talks to the Dao that influences the results. The Dao will initiate conversation with the caster by default, but it is also possible to have someone else with a higher Wisdom talk to him.
Best,
A.
