Mature and tasteful sex scenes like in ME1 and Jack in as a squad mate with more romance

Some sort of escort mission where Legion downloads his processes in an Armature (or better yet a Colossus) and you get to ride on its back dealing covering fire against ordes of enemies (husks? cerberus?) as Colossus!Legion walks around using its pulse cannon to smash debris and such to help you reach an important mission specific location/object...
Bonus points if this happens on Rannoch and Tali is also there riding on Colossus!Legion back...

Combat as realistic as Arma II or OF.
Nonstagnant AI. More specifically, nonstagnant AI that moves realistically. IE doesn't look like it's on rails.
Normal looking hair and normal hairstyles.
An idle position for guns (you know like every other TPS in existence). I hate how you constantly have your gun pointing in front of you. Just, much better combat animations. But from the screen shots, looks like they've kept the old ones. Then again, it's not out until Q1 2012, so maybe that'll change.
Tactics more advanced then. "Go here and don't lock onto cover for some reason."

I'd actually love to see the backstory of certain squad mates from all three games released as DLC. Nothing to long or big, but escaping from the facility as a young Jack, the sniper mission Thane talks about, Garrus taking on the Blood Pack on Omega, the mission Wrex talks about from ME1, just how Legion got the N7 armor, Shepard's old war battles, Anderson's mission when Saren blew up the factory and so on. Even if these DLCs were only an hour long and strictly combat missions I'd be happy.

I'd also like to see a more emotional Shepard. I know he/she is supposed to be a bad ass but he/she has watched teammates die, killed 300,000 batarians, and has basically been fighting reapers and geth for a while with no real abatement. That has to wear on a person, I'd like to see him/her come close to a nervous breakdown or maybe a renegade styled murderous rampage on captured Batarians.

I agree with the ability to replay any mission after it is done. I've always wanted this feature. Some cut scenes are epic and being able to play a mission again would be welcome.

I like the idea of backstory expansions.

The ability to customize the color of your armor's LEDs.

Giving your squad the ability to storm to cover if at a certain distance from it, but only when you order them to take cover, and possibly only during firefights.

Oh wow, I had never thought of that! I would pay the price of an entire DLC to watch that. I wouldn't even care if it's just a huge cutscene, make it happen! XD

- A little bit more in the way of melee, or very close quarters attacks. Mayhaps make the Vanguard almost a melee biotic fighter.

- The old favorite: I wanna see what Tali looks like.

- The removal of "time wasting" hack/bypass mini games. Either do not include them, or make them a challenge. All they did was slowdown gameplay.

- Slow motion fight cut scene with Hurt by Johnny Cash playing.

- A more dynamic LI system where you can talk with them and have interesting conversation options. Non ridiculous love scenes would be nice as well.

- Shepard dies before the last battle. Hand picks a squadmate to carry the fight to the end.

- Epic space battle where the Flotilla teams with the Geth to fight the Reapers.

- Shepard gets a pet Mabari War Hound.

- A recreation of the Chewbacca carrying C-3PO on his back scene from Empire Strikes back, this time with Wrex or Grunt carrying Joker.

- An awesome ending that ties things up, gives a narrative for each character, and feels truly epic.

This. I went back and listened to his speech on Virmire the other day, and it was infinitely more chilling and infathomable than Harbinger's nonsense. 

I think it's partly the voice acting (the effects on Sovereign's voice are more synthetic and warped) and partly because Harbinger's lines just sound so absolutely absurd.

Sovereign had an aloof, cold logic, whereas Harbinger just sort of... spouted nonsense about Shepard.

You didn't played Arrival, I presume.
