Gawd, I'm not here to argue.

All I'm saying that Infiltrator Shep makes a neat knot. No need to flame me.

In the case of the Kasumi DLC. It was nothing but a badly veiled attempt to introduce a character for guys horny over japanese girls.... Think i'm wrong? Any reason why Kasumi has no dialogue on the Normandy 2?

So on that note, Zaeed must;ve been designed for girls horny over guys with a blood lust.

1. Spectres are closer to the Jedi than to some kind of shady organization - they are there to keep the peace. The Normandy stealth system wasn't stopping the Collectors - for all I know only the Geth cannot spot the Normandy with stealth enabled.

2. Shepard does nothing special in cut-scenes, it's up to the player how to interpret this. If you see an Infiltrator in the cut-scene-Shep that's fine. I have a different opinion and rather focus on how badass Shep behaves in actual combat instead of waiting for cut-scenes to watch something special :)

3. Anyone has an Omni-tool, Liara can use Electronics in ME1, every class can take on tech bonus powers.
I really hate the fact that you need someone with Decryption to open locks (mini-game still required) in ME1 - I hope this does not make a return in ME3 (I'm no fan of mini-games anyway).

4. You don't need stealth in Arrival, the enemies are too stupid to notice you anyway. Cloak also doesn't completely hide you, Geth Hunters can use it too and they're not hard to spot while cloaked. During Kasumi's LM you simply walk into the vault - no stealthy skills required at all.

I really like that Cloak was added to the Infiltrator in ME2, but its effect on enemy AI (behavior) isn't very good. I'd like to see a couple more stealthy features added, but for me ME is about the action first - having a class which can squeeze its way through is great, but I prefer taking down the place with a big bang! :D

I think the cloaking effect you see on Geth Hunters is only poor because they'd otherwise just slaughter you. It's just not a good gameplay mechanic if you can never see them coming, considering how quickly you die on insanity. Same thing with Shepard. We're just keeping the game playable here. It's hard to navigate properly if Shepard is completely invisible.

Kasumi on the other hand really disappears. That's how I think "lore-wise" it's supposed to work. Well I would hope so anyway. Not much point in cloaking if you're easy to see.

Would be nice if cutscenes were class specific but I never found it too distracting, plus it would probably take a lot of work designing specific cutscenes for all the classes.

For all the classes, it would be too much work.  But I think it would be enough if just a small number of cutscenes had a single alternate part emphasising one of the three roles (combat, tech, biotics).  Since each role has one "pure" class and two "half-and-half" classes, giving a particular scene a biotic or tech alternative to the sturdy assault rifle (or heavy weapon, in the case of a particularly combat-focused cutscene intended to make the soldier look badass) would cover three of the game's six classes.  I believe we've already heard that designers are trying to use the weapons characters actually have equipped or in their loadouts, vs. the standard AR, so that's a start as it stands.  :-)
