Try the suggestions at http://social.biowar.../index/6265850. I hope something there works for you. If not, consider joining http://social.bioware.com/group/4286/. I contact tech support every week for an update and will pass along any helpful suggestions they provide. They think only a small number of users are affected. The purpose of the group is to see just how small that is.

hey skinnyman i had the EXACT same problem as you - i downloaded this game from ea store ea download manager ultimate edition for 19.99 and i redeemed my code for the dlc at bioware and still i had the same unauthorized thing in the list as you. i got it to work by doing this:
1. close the game
2. at the ea support site there is an instruction to open the file in the games directory called "addins.xml" (back it up first) in notepad and change every instance of RequiresAuthorization="1" to RequiresAuthorization="0". for me this was about 15 times.
3. save the document
4. reopen the game
5. now all the dlc should be in the list and the unauthorized should be gone.
this seemed to work for me and i could start the game without getting the "log in as a user that owns the content" error. i then played through all the way to "Lothering" and tried to access my first little golden icon on the world map "bann lorens lands". well that went fine but then my problem is that i tried click the golden icon "return to osgart" and it sent me to a place called "the low road" whereupon i murdered a pack of wolves and was sent back to the world map whereupon i once again clicked on "osgart" whereupon it gave me an error on the world map called "unable to load area" and kicked me to the desktop. a solution to this problem does not seem to be forthcoming. see my post in the forum complaining about it.
