If i were to delete the DA 2 demo(2 gb takes a lot out of my 20gb hard drive), would i lose the associated promotional items from the full game?

Nope. I would double check to make sure the associated items are linked to your account as of right now to be safe, and if they are go ahead and delete it.

I did this right when DA2 came out.
