Hi everyone,

In the past i downloaded the helmet etc with mine redeem key. I uninstalled the game one year ago.
Now i like to play again, but i cant find anywhere to download the helmet book and staff and the stone guy.
Some one can help me out. I allso cant use the redeem code anymore.

Still need help with mine downloads. Anyone know a email support from Bioware?

Direct support from EA (Bioware) is at support.ea.com. Click on "Contact Us", log in with your EA account (the one you use for the game) and follow the prompts.

Now, before doing that... three things:

1) Are you logging in through the game with the same user name and password as before?
2) Do all the items you're looking for appear on this page: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
3) In the game's lobby menu (with the sword sticking in the ground)... if you go to Options > Online... have you checked "Download previously purchased content"?

You can also manually install any DLC you have rights to (#2, above). There's a link about half way down the Solutions Roundup (see my sig, below) that will take you to the Dragon Age Wiki. Note for some DLC, like Stone Prisoner, you need to download and install both the DLC itself AND its associated "offer" file.

Let us know what happens!

Hi and thxs for youre reply, i tried all what youre asked. On the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php i see al what i have but i can only download == Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2. other 3 saying stone prison collectors edition blooddragon armor for dragon age --- at the end.

*1 i do have same name email and passwrd
*3 cant see "Download previously purchased content"

you think i should need to contact EA?

You can.  Also, re-read the second part of my previous post... you'll find directions on how to download all the content you need from another site.

You won't be able to download them from that web page.  If you want to manually install the content listed there, I suggest you go to

... and read the instructions on "Manual Installation" towards the bottom of the page.

That's assuming you did not check the setting to download stuff in-game on the Option > Online tab.

Hmmm i have the stone prison now in the installed content file ingame.
Its only not authorized.. and i was logged in here al the time ? now i must supposed to delete the file and download it again, but where do i have to loggin then?

You have to be logged in through the actual game to authorize DLC. If that doesn't work, you need to post the information asked for in the "READ FIRST" post at the top of the forum.

Sorry... I am still not quite understanding this.  When you're logged in the game, and you go to the Downloadable Content option on the menu... what do you see on the "Installed Content" tab?

Try logging in and then, on the download screen, refresh your Bioware points.

If that does not work, do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and launch the task manager.  See if the daupdatersvc.service.exe is running on the "properties" tab (while the game is still running minimized.

Under the 3rd tab off task manager is see a DAUdaterSvc status stoped!
try to run it manual from task manager but gets me a windows error
