I've had Mass Effect 2 for the 360 and I just recently bought it on Steam. I've been messing around with my graphics card settings a lot (and same with the in game graphics settings) but I noticed this even before I messed around with them: when my crosshair is on a unit or when I'm simply looking at someone, it will continuously target and untarget the person very quickly. This makes it extremely difficult to use powers or command my squad to attack or use powers on a specific unit.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there is any reason this keeps happening. Thanks.

Post your specs but if you are having low framerate issues it will cause a similar issue. We need more info to have a hope in heck of giving you an answer that is better than a guess.
But my first guess is a graphics card/system at the lower end of the scale not being able to keep up with framerate and causing an issue in targeting and using objects.
