I'm experiencing a problem when attempting to purchase DLC's from your store. My Bioware account seems linked properly to the EA master account, and all password changes forward to their site, but when I try to confirm purchases your site tells me my password is incorrect.

Since  EA has been genuinly useless in resolving this, I am hoping Bioware has some insite into how to fix this.

You're in the wrong subforum for such queries. You'll need Points.Bioware.com Help or Social.Bioware.com Help. I'd try the Points one first, and failing that you need to get in contact with EA Support.
