I dunno if there is any specific list of items that can be obtained via stealing. I have found 2 so far as I keep forgeting using steal on people.

One is Champion's shield with +12 defense on it. Can be stolen from Vartag inside the Chambers Assembly (I had full stealing skill).

Tiara - A gift can be stolen from Harben in Market's District.

I know there is a tier 7 crossbow in Lothering, but I can't remember who it was.

Has anyone came accross anything else?
