I'm more than halfway through the game and I still haven't had the "Orlesian spies" conversation with Leliana, meaning I can't do her quest. Her approval is also very high (over 80). I hope theres some way to fix this, I really don't want to reload after all this. Playing on 360 by the way.

That's just it. If her approval is too high, you miss it. If you have it, I suggest using Feastday Pranks to lower her approval enough to get it.

You shouldn't let her approval higher than 70. As long as the approval is not to high, the dialogue will be always available.
