You can only enter after you've received the Unrest in the Alienage quest. You get that one after you rescue Anora.

Really want to keep moving on here.........I have the dwarves, templars and elven on my side with one of each in my Camp. I know I need the mages (at least I think) but can't get back into the tower (doors sealed again) or into the Elven Alienage in Denerim. I think I need to do both before the Landsmeet can take place...........will be grateful for any help you have...THANKS!

You need to have recruited all the allies to get the Anora quest. You cannot get into the alienage until after that.

As to the mages, once you enter the tower, you shouldn't be able to leave before you complete it.

So it sounds like the tower is behind me, but I don't have a mage as an emissary at my camp. Can you tell me how many allies and who they are? I haven't see anything about Anora's Quest, and I assume it's the "saving the Queen" I've seen mentioned in one of the forums.

Hold on, you said you have the templars? Then you have completed the tower (and can't get the mages as they are mutually exclusive). In addition to the dwarves and elves you still need the Redcliffe knights.

Okay..........sounds like I'm one answer away here...........I DO have templars, dwarves, elves at my camp, and what you say about having either mages or templars makes sense with all the stuff I'm reading. What do I need to do to get the Redcliff knights? Didn't even know they were on the list, or that I needed them?

Something does not add up here. Your camp should have four emissaries: dwarves, Redcliffe knights, templars/mages and elves/werewolves.

Look at your quest log, the main quest section. What does it say?

Maybe you haven't yet completed the quest "rescue the queen". Only after this quest, Anora is available for you to talk with and she will give you the quest that provide you to go to Elven Alienage. Try again.

He hasn't got all the treaties yet, so of course he hasn't finished the "rescue the queen" quest. Try reading previous posts before posting.

As caradoc said, check your quest log quests under "The Blight", this should tell you what else you need to do. Update us to see if we can help.

Of course I read it the very first time, he says that he got all the allies, normally he should have all the treaties and trigger the next quest. So let's see what he's missing.

He says he has three allies.

Three allies: Dwarfs, Elves, Templars, and after complete the Arl of Redclife + Urn of Sacred Ashes, the knights of the Redclife will automatically becomes his allies. So at that time, he should get all the available allies. He cannot meet Arl Eamon to trigger the Landsmeet if he has not completed the quest AoR and UoSA. So how can't he trigger the Landsmeet, it's weird, unless there exist some bug that I dunno.

Which is why I said that something does not add up. If he has three emissaries, he is obviously missing someone, but if he can talk to Eamon, he must have the knights.

See? He said it, so he has 3 allies + the knights of Redclife, since he also mentioned that he can talk to Arl Eamon!!! That's why I don't understand the problem either.

I do know that I haven't got the four treaties I need. I definitely have the templars (Emissary is Lt. Cadrim), elves (Emissary Caron) and dwarves (Emissary Fellhammer)......I have each at my camp, but I'm missing the Redcliff Knights. Also I've done the Urn of Sacred Ashes, and Arl Eamon's alive and well at Redcliff Castle, but when I approach him he says I need to gain another treaty and come back to him. What quest must I do to acquire the Redcliff Knights? Who, what, where? Sounds like once I get them I get the offer to "Rescue the Queen" and then can get the Landsmeet.

Hey wait. You did the Urn of Sacred Ashes first? What have you done to Arl of RedClife?

By the way.........REALLY appreciate everyone trying to help me out.......LOVE the game, and just want to play it through to the end. I'm wondering if Emmisary Lt. Cadrim is a Templar or a Redcliff Knight. If he's not the Templar, then I have a serious problem, because I would have to go back to the Circle Tower. I've tried that, but the doors are now resealed. I already went through that nightmare, and came out on the other end.

I brought the ashes back, and healed the Arl.........he's in the Redcliff castle everytime I go there, just wanting me to complete one more quest.

Cadrim is from Redcliffe. You are still missing the representative from the Circle Tower, who, IIRC, is the same whether you side with the templars or the mages.

What have you done to Arl of Redcilfe quest? Did you first attempt to enter the Redclife village, encounter some conversation in there, and then go to somewhere else to do whatever. After that, Urn of Sacred Ashes and then return to Redclife Castle (provided that you must have dealed with the demon in there), then heal Arl Eamon? Have you MADE THIS PROCESS, or someway else?
