For me, I don't know what happened but during King Alistair Merrill is not mentioning that I chose the "Give the Dalish their own land" boon.

What about you?

also, Bioware is that an import bug that I'm facing? Will it be fixed sometime soon?

I believe getting the royal boon from King Alistair is bugged for some Wardens, since I know the flag isn't properly set for the Magi Warden. King Alistair is supposed to reference the Dalish boon when Merrill is brought along with Hawke.

Hearing Nathaniel mention that the Architect is alive when the Magi Warden-Commander killed him will hopefully be rectified with the upcoming patch.

Ejoslin has investigated the bugs with the Epilogues, she would be able to clarify the issue, but what I did to get the Magi boon recognized (because King Alistair providing the boon meant that the flag wasn't set, and the game didn't recognize The Warden's choice) is I married Anora to Alistair with his personality hardened, and I spared Loghain. Anora providing me the boon meant it was recognized when Irving commented on it, and Alistair made an appearance in DA2 mentioning the boon to Meredith.

I believe Ejoslin has mentioned a few Warden boons are bugged if Alistair provides the boon instead of Anora, but if the Dalish boon is also bugged for King Alistair, you only get Alistair mentioning it in DA2 if he's married to Queen Anora and Loghain was spared.

I concur with that assessment. Mage asked for the freedom of all other mages, and made Alistair and Anora marry. Boon worked.

I guess Boons work better when Alistair's not alone on the throne. XD

I got annoyed when Leliana said she used to know my warden, but hadn't seen him in a while. In my game they were a hardened couple and went off together.

Yup, pretty much every romance flag is bugged.

I killed Architect and yet Nathaniel still mentioned him alive,and Nathaniel was alive at the end of Awakening and I got the Fools Gold quest instead. :/

There's a bug where Nathaniel is seen as dead if you didn't bring him with you to the Dragonbone Wastes because DA2 doesn't pick up on the fact that Vigil's Keep can be upgraded.
