I just bought DAO ultimate edition earlier today from EA, I downloaded it with EA download manager. As the instructions stated
1. go to dragonage.bioware.com/redeem, I have never had an account here so I signed up but the site said that my info was already taken. I'm guess because its EA games. So I logged in with my EA games account infor. Ask what forum name I wanted to use so I pick one Csin...(this is not the same name I use with my EA download manager.) I entered the code for the bonus content.

2. I stated dragon age and logged in, I looked a downloadable content, none was there. I looked at installed content and all was installed, but only the DAO Awaking is the only one that is Authorized all the other content is unauthorized.

Been trying all day to fix it, have searched forums for help also. Nothing I have done works. I even uninstalled, removed all content from computer.. then reinstalled. I am a the end of my rope..wishing now I did not buy it. Computer info is below but my computer can run the game I played just to see if it would not problems there.

Oh yes before I forget.....I was running the game in EA download manager at frist. Then ran the game without download manager it runs either way fine. But when I open the game without the manager and go to configure there is no product key listed. But in the download manager there is a product key.... do not understand why that is! PLEASE HELP :crying:

Edited removed dxdiag report..

Did you try to start a game and log in to the network after you started it? It worked for me for some reason. I know this doesn't solve the problem completely but that's the only solution I know to this problem

Yes I did...thanks for the response. :)

I forgot to say in my post that the content is confirmed on my content page, but is still unauthorized....:( Is there any way to talk to a person at EA about this problem? Thanks again.

UPDATE: I found this link....  http://support.ea.co...on Age: Origins
....  followed instructions, logged into game and looked at installed content...no unauthorized content. Looks like this has fixed the problem.  I hope this will help others that have not found this link yet..  =]:D

Well, it sure is better than my solution. I will try this when the problem comes up again (it is sometimes authorized and sometimes not for me O.o)

I have a question as well. I recently purchased the ultimate edition for pc, but my current machine doesn't have the specs to run it. I plan to build a new pc but am unsure if it will be finished before the redeem code expires at the end of July. If I redeem the code now will the access to the add-ons remain on my account until such time that i can actually install and play the game?

@Core Brain: Yep, the redeem code will allow you to access to your content at the Bioware website at anytime. This should work if you move to your new computer as well.

Csin@ Great, Thanks for the link. Helped me. Im a happy man :)

Edit: Well, Im unhappy again. I did the first part to resolve the problem and all DLC was authorized, but didn't show up in the game. So I tried the second part and it all went to hell. Now I have to reinstall the game. Plz don't do the second part for your own sake!
