I have contacted DA customer support twice regarding the disappearance of my memory band bonus content.  The first time was 11.9, the second this Monday.  The feral wolf charm is operational and I have the code I used to enable the MB the first time. 
I had a save 40+ hours into the game that would not load because the MB was missing.  The problem began as soon as my Gamertag became linked to the social site.  My understanding is that only one of these bonus items is licensed on your account.   Is there a way for me to recover my lost content?

Is anyone else experiencing delays of this length?

(BTW I already checked the FIX for DLC when disconnected and it did not help)

So you downloaded the MB before you linked in to the social site? Sorry if that's not what your saying but that's how I read it. If that's the case then as of right now it seems that you'll only be able to play with the MB on the account you originally downloaded it to.. and vice versa .. you'll only be able to play with the wolf charm on that other account. Basically if you hadn't signed in to your account and you went ahead and input a code.. then that object is tied to the account that's not signed in.. Problem is I've seen no way to sign out of your account once your signed in. It's all a big mess.

Maybe, but on 360 nothing is tied to your online account except DA Journeys items.    I even have a character on the social site under this account with the Mem Band equipped.

Might seem like a crap fix and you probably already tried it, but maybe try redownloading the memory band. Might be corrupt data in the addon itself that's causing your grief.



Other than that Im not sure what else you would do. Good luck though!

I would love to download it again, but there is no way to access it. It is not in my recent downloads (only Feral Wolf Charm) and it isn't listed in the Marketplace.

Fixed. Cust Support put the Mem Band on my online account.
