I have a serious glitch. I'm about 40 hours in and finally decided to upgrade my Shepard using advanced training. When I try to select powers from the menu after picking advanced training, only two powers appear, inferno grenades and something else I cannot remember. This thing is, LITERALY everyone in my team is loyal, yet none of their powers have unlocked in advanced training.
I'm using a Steam version of the game, btw.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried restarting the game multiple times with no success.
Thank You.

sorry, others had this same problem, but i don't think anyone has found a fix, yet. Problem is that neither you nor the others have provided any details on their system specs and modification done to the game.
Did the powers unlock for the team-members? Is the latest Patch installed? Did you modify your game?
You could also try to start a new game, in theory the bonus powers should show up at character creation. If they don't and you want to play with the bonus powers, you might want to un- and re-install the game.

My specs are the following:
ModXStream 700W PSU
Intel Quad Core 830 @ 2.5ghz
EVGA GTX 460 Superclocked
Custom Motherboard (Dell XPS 430)
I have done absolutely no modifications to the game except for downloading the free DLC + Kasumi and Overlord. As I said, this is the steam version, so updates, if any have been made, were done automatically through steam. Sine steam doesn't really notify me whether a patch was done or not, I am not sure whether or not one was done.
And, no, I won't restart my 40 hour playthrough, because... well, thats self-explanatory. But I will try re-installing.

uh, you can start a new game (career) without deleting the old one. Just like you can reinstall the game without loosing the savegames.

Did you also lose achievements you had already gotten when this happened? Are those two powers you have available the ones you most recently unlocked? If so, it sounds like Player1.prf got corrupted or deleted somehow. The game automatically creates a new one when that happens.
