is already all over the place but I'm really stuck with it.
I've had a good poke about the forums for similar errors and tried
a few of the fixes but I can't get it back and running so I thought
I'd explain what's gone wrong and hope someone can help me out.
I recently bought the ultimate edition of dragon age origins and it all
installed fine .... the down loadable content installed fine and i played
each and every one of the extra modules through to the end ... i
unlocked the achievements and suddenly now all the achievements
related to them are missing ( as well as the items that accompany them in my single player games.)
I tried loading the save files for the main story line that worked fine
yesterday up and it tells me that I can't load them without the content
installed and if I try to force load them then a lot of my party is
missing the items they should have had ( like the dark spawn long sword
and the like)I haven't saved over any of them so I'm hoping I've not
messed them up permanently
When I'm in the main menu the line that I normally clicked on to play
witch hunt or the dark spawn chronicles ect is blocked out now and I
can't play them through any more. When I go to the list of down loadable
content the list of things I have already downloaded is empty ( the
place where it used to say witch hunt and had a tick box so I could
activate it or deactivate it is all blank as if i hadn't even downloaded
them) From what I've read in simlar issues this isn't the case... the
content is still there but unverified ... mine just isn't there at all.
When i click on the downloading page to try to download them again it
just tells me that I have already got that content and have to go to
the journal menu to download it ( but when I do that I just get the
same message saying that I already have it)
So I'm at a bit of a loss. Any help will be appreciated because really i
don't have a clue what to do to fix it. Thank you in advance
