Okay, I have the 1.02 patch, I played through Fault and Favor, but her final armor uprade is till not spawnig!!! Help!!!

Current issues that require new playthroughs in 1.02
- Aveline's 4th upgrade (Favor and Fault) will not appear if you've already entered the area once in Act 3 before applying the patch.
If you are playing through a savegame that was created before patching to 1.02 this is why its not working for you.
