I recently bought the Ultimate Ed. which includes all DA:O DLC's. So, after starting the story, and after finishing the lothering part, I reach my camp and I find the NPC who starts the misson for the Wardens Keep DLC.
Problem is, I talk to him, and he says he points me the location in the map. So, I exit camp, and when I check the world map, no location for the Wardens Keep appear. I go back to the camp and the NPC is still there, and repeats the conversation all over again. Always same result. He 'points' the location in the map, no new map location added, all conversation restarted <_<.
Anyone know how to solve this issue?

I'm running windows 7 and the game version is 1.4. About hardware, can't really see any relation to it so I'll skip that part.
The NPC who starts the quest, even after you accept it, reacts as if you said you had to think about it and refused it.

The issue was way bigger than I thought, so here I go with full report:
Game:
DA:O Ultimate Edition, v1.4, EA Digital Download
No mods installed
Computer Specs:
Intel Core i5 CPU M430 @ 2.27Ghz
4Mb Ram
Nvidea GeForce GT 330M
OS Windows 7 Home Premium (32bit I think)
Issue:
When I installed the game (first from Steam, but since I thought it was steam file related, downloaded it all over again from EADM, but with no positive result), I had the already known 'unauthorized' problem on all the content but on the DA:O Awakening, which worked just fine. I used the redeem code correctly, and all extra content appears on my available content, that part is correct so far.
The DAUpdaterSVc was not installed, but I couldn't install it so far. I've tried using the file DAUpdateServiceSetup.exe which gave me this error message:
Path=C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Electronic Arts\\Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition\\
Language=es
Checking service status: DAUpdaterSvc
Service State=Stopped
Service DAUpdaterSvc already exists
Creating service: DAUpdaterSvc
- error rc=-1; CreateService string=Failed to Create the service. (1072)
Checking status: DAUpdaterSvc
Service State=Stopped
Calling AddFirewallException
AddFirewallException result: Ok
Completado
After that I tried to install it manually following the tutorial shown at http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 but still unable to install it. So, I decided to go the way around and edit the addins.xml file as I saw on another thread. That "solved" the unauthorized problem. Now at my game I see no available content (as I have it all), no downloading content and all dlcs authorized.
However, besides the original game and awakening, no single extra content is working. None at all. I can't start any module (some fail after creating/importing the character, some others doesn't even allow you to load the character selection).
About in-game content, none of the dlc's work. Blood armor isn't on my inventory neither on camp vendor.
Quest giver for Wardens Keep dlc is bugged as I stated on the first post, won't signal the map location and act as if I chosen the 'I have to think about it' option on the dialogue.
I can pick return to ostagar mission and have it pointed on the map, but when I try to go there, game will exit to main menu with a 'unable to load' message.
First location for Stone Prisoner dlc will appear and I can get the control rod, but the second location won't appear on map.
I'm probably missing something, but in short, no single extra content works at all. Only original game and awakening expansion works. I'm open (and eager) to any ideas bout it.

Update: After I went sleep and shut down the computer for a few hours, I tried to check once more the services.smc on the RUN option. Big surprise I found the Dragon Age one, so I started it manually and made sure to make it start automatically.
And everything seems to be fine. I could load the Witch Hunt module, the blood armor was there and the Soldier's Peak location appeared on map when I talked to the guy.
