I beat the DLC but I cant get off the dang shadow broker ship.  I go to the door that says "Return to Normandy". the thing pops up saying are you sure you want to return to the normandy, I click OK and then I'm flipped to desktop and get the "Mass Effect 2 has stopped working" box.  This is on the PC, steam version, win7 64bit

What do I do?

go to a earlier save point and try again, or it maybe a a corrupt file, in which case reinstall would be in order
