I almost always have a sniper with me. Usually Garrus, then Legion after the suicide mission.

I'm going to toss in some love for Legion. In my last Vanguard, it was a lot of fun to use its combat drone at the midpoint of a fight. That gave me quite a bit of space to charge in a mop up. It was also REALLY good and killing mooks at the top of a Slam move. O_O
