Hey Forum!

I have read a number of posts asking for help in conecting their EA DAO account to their XBL gamertag through the use of a persona.  I cannot get this to work and It seems I am experiencing a farely common problem due to using a different email address when setting up the ea account compared to the one used for the XBL gamertag.  There seems to be no way arround this without directy contacting EA.  Sadly I do not at the moment have a telephone and I cannot find an email address to contact - rather strange for this e-day and online age!

I wonder if anyone here could perhaps point me in the right direction with an email URL or even the PM of an EA moderator who could potentially help.  I did attempt to contact a fellow named 'panoptico' by PM over the weekend as he identified himself the EA staff member in charge of account linking.  Sadly I think he may well have left the comapny or is no longer active on the forum as his posts date back to 2009.

You best best is to go to support.ea.com and click on "Contact Us". You'll then need to log in with the account you're using now. Once done, you'll be given a number of options to contact EA support, including live chat and sending them a web-based e-mail.

I will give the online email a try - maybe that is where I was going wrong in searching for a URL.

But then it is the doom of men that they forget...
