New Group: Clients with Unresolved DLC Issues - Dragon Age: Origins

If you have spent time, money, and effort trying to get your DLC working, have tried all the best advice on the forums and contacted tech support at least once about this issue and still have no working solution, this is your place to "stand up and be counted."

This is the first group I have created in the forums, so please be patient while I learn the ropes. If you have helpful advice, I am all ears; please send me a message.

I encourage anyone still experiencing DLC-related issues to join the above group!

In addition... I am looking for people who are experiencing a specific problem. Here's the criteria:

1) Your DLC becomes unauthorized after exiting a gaming session and starting a new one. This may or may not happen after rebooting your computer.

2) If you go to the launcher screen, select "Configure" and then select "Game" from the menu on the left... you do NOT see your CD Key listed.

3) Even if you have auto-login enabled in the game, you still have to manually enter your EA/Bioware username and password for each session.

If you're experiencing some or all of these symptoms, please send me a personal message. You can do so by clicking on my username (RaenImrahl) on the left and then selecting "Send Message". I'll get back with you with some instructions on how to gather data and send it to the developers for analysis.

A note: This is only for people who have a missing CD Key in the Configuration menu. If you're having DLC issues BUT your CD Key appears in the configuration menu as described above, please read the posts pinned to the top of the forum and, if you do not a solution, post a NEW thread as outlined in this forum's "READ FIRST" announcement.

Also, rest assured that the devs are working on solutions to all DLC-related issues. They'll post more on this forum as their work progresses.
