I have purchased 1600 Bioware points using paypal.
My Bioware account is showing the purchase, but my Bioware points balance shows 0.
My purchace was made on 5/6/11
Do I need to contact someone or will they eventually show up?
Bioware points not being distributed.

After reading many other post with the same questions but no replies.
I read in one thread to contact live chat.
They did take care of my problem and were patient with my slow typing.
Did take about 10 minutes.
Something just isn't up to snuff with all these same problems.
