We have just added new features to the Dragon Age: Origins profile diagnostics page that will allow you to delete files directly from the DA online storage servers.  This wil not affect any in game content or character data that is present on your player profile pages. 

The group in charge of the DA online storage servers had fixed the problem where 'phantom' files could not be deleted.  With this change you will now be able to remove 'phantom' files directly from the profile diagnostics page.

I guess I'll just repost what I wrote in the other thread.

I can't access my Profile Diagnostics page. It keeps saying "Unable to connect to online storage server." I've tried different browsers, refreshed, and even cleared out my cache. What's going on???

same here, my gameplay data hasn't been updated for a few months now either

Checked in for the first time after month waiting for the profile problems to be fixed and I get the above-mentioned error... *grml*

I posted a reply to another guy having the issue too at that thread above.  But I guess it was in the PC Tech support forum so wrong forum.  Either way it seems to be happening to a lot of us.  Is anyone able to do anything with their characters right now for DA:O?  My DAII stuff updated the other day though it seems to be a level behind now.  Might just be because I have been playing DA:O the past few days with some nice mods its like a new game almost.

Oddly my error message of not being able to connect to the online servers seems to coincide with the recent mandatory password change... Not a huge problem but somewhat unfortunate; oddly enough the achievements do update whereas other game data doesn't.

This diagnostic page is now working again. A maintenance account used for syncing Dragon Age account data needed to be updated.

For some reason every single character I upload is now missing an XML story file.

I got this problem now as well. No character of mine is now being uploaded at all. My achievements are fine but no characters. I posted it on the site forum. I also had posted it in the wrong forum. My one character has a problem with story.xml as well.
