my understanding of the inner workings of the pc are limited... i have payed for and downloaded all the DLC for mass effect 2, all but two of the DLC have worked... for some reason the shadow broker and arrival have not installed...or just not working ? just need to know if i have to do something ingame to get them to work, im using an XP operating system and my game copy is from the EA downloader
any help would be great thank you

As a simple note, both of those missions happen after the Plot world Horizon, and if you haven't reached that point yet then they will not fire off to allow the missions to be played. The other thing would be to redownload and rerun the installer as well.
