Wrex because he is a badass and a true friend.

Garrus. First because he's a Turian and Turians are my favorites. Second because my personality is a similar in some ways to his and third for something about him that I like a lot but I don't know how to say it.

As for other characters I liked a lot, Zaeed was one of them. He was just the type of human squadmate I wanted. It shows that Krogans aren't the only brutal soldiers out there.

1) My FemShep (Obviously...)
2) Tali (She's just has that thing about her...We haven't seen what she looks like inside the suit, but we love her for who she is. Caring and funny. Too bad we can't have Tali + FemShep romance. :[ But I cherish the friendship.)
3) Liara (She's my love interest...and she fascinates me.)
4) Kasumi (She's badass and reminds me of a rogue...and I love rogues.)
5) Garrus (Because...he's Garrus.)

Garrus because he's a badass and he's a Turian. I seriously love all the turians in the game, like the coucilor and his air quotes or Lorik Qu'inn.

Grunt and Wrex, they both provide hilarious conversations. I loved Wrex's elevator conversations about whether they could take Shepard and Grunt's blood thirst.

Liara,I believe Liara and Shepard spark the most passionate romance that plays out between the two games so far. And she's such a developed charater that keeps a key role in retrieving shepards body. My fav charater hands down!

Miranda Lawson : an interesting and complex character.
I like almost everything about this character : both her pragmatic and emotional side, her strong personnality, her professionalism, her romance, her looks, her voice (thanks Yvonne) ... 
I will be very disapointed if she's not at Shepard's side in the last chapter of the series.

I like many other characters, but Miranda is far before them in my top list.

Shepard can't give a good speech no matter what option you pick.

Seran.....Stole the show everytime he showed up.....And his ending is every actors dream to do. And he so complex, even the devshave ahard time discribing him.

Jack....Because deep below all that is human that's far more fragial than any can imagine.

Garrus....Because he all way got my back and is so charming..... Also, he's the only male character in the world I'm gay for.

Wrex.....he's an awsome fighter and a great story teller. Deep and complex while being blunt as a hammer.

Tali.....because she's a character mix witrh so many feeling at one. To touch but never to be touched, to be of the group but never part of it and to love but never to easily be lovedare many of her theme.

Legion....Because he's so new(as a person) and say so much with so little. He's a child but knows everything and nothing.

Liara...because she'll alwaylove me.

Samera.....Because she's so well write. The tragity she live though would make Shakespeare
impressed.

Mordin.....He is hilarious and serious at the sametime.
