 I married Anora to Alistair, but the plot description cites Alistair as sole monarch. Can anyone confirm if that is because Alistair has prerogative or if it is an import glitch? 

I wouldn't think much of it, except the default Dalish Elf origin mentions the PC left Alistair and Anora to rule jointly in contrast to the "Hero of Ferelden" backing Alistair and the "No Compromise" Dwarven Noble backing Anora. That makes me think it is a glitch.
