Turians are not animals, they are sapient aliens. The term you're looking for is xenophilia.

Xenophilia, Zoophilia, Necrophilia, another-traumatic-stuff-philia are terms used when someone has "atraction" for such things.
But, when is about sex, the term is Bestiality

You do realize that the Spanish and Latinos are not the same people right? First starters, look at a map and find where Spain is in relation to Latin America. Not to mention the obvious differences in height, skin, hair, and eye color. And also the way and how they speak the language is completely different. Not all Latin people need Latin first names. My first name is Jewish. Doesn't make me any less Latin, and more Jewish.
