As the name says Rune of Frost warding

is there ever any need for it ? or is it just in for lols?
ive also got that boots thingy that gives frost resistance, was gonna sell it but wont if i could use it for some boss or sumthin

Some enemies in the game called Frost Horrors.Maybee the arcane horror ground spell when attacked by melee does frost damage.

The Rune of Frost Warding is a Joke imo. If you Focus Fire the Arcane Horror, he dies easy.
