I tried to do it. But she gone and no fight. With Anders when I had 75% or 80% friendship, I had to kill him, but with Merrill no. How much % I should to get ? or better will be friendship ? Have I to do any her quest ?

Marethari must not be killed ever: she is pure. However Merrill has totally been consumed by the demon before you first meet her. Flemeth tells you so many times: she is a fragment (of the imprisoned demon). When you kill Marethari, you only free the demon to leave Kirkwall and invade Thedas. The mage convulsion in Kirkwall is provoked by Merrill, as demon of dissimulation, infiltration and crime. The whole purpose of DA2 is to kill Merrill, by avoiding any quest for her and siding with the Templars.

I don't even remember what movie I was talking about.

Like Anders, she doesn't shut up

On what? The Eluvian and blood magic? To be fair to her, she very rarely -- if ever -- brings it up first. She tends to respond to other peoples' inquiries on the topic.

Whereas Anders and Fenris usually either start going off on Mages and Templars, or inevitably bring that aspect up.

Oh, and the "I can control blood magic!" crap.

She can. David Gaider even said that most mages tend to fall victim to the allure of power it brings. Merrill clearly doesn't fall into that, finding its darker applications -- mind control, raising the dead, sacrificing people -- to be ghastly.

Flemeth herself said that Merrill is an intelligent woman. You can't argue with Flemeth.

Gaider addressed that Merrill studied the lore about the Eluvian and extrapolated information from the shard. She did her research, and speculated that the Eluvian could help her people. Marethari didn't seem to do any research about the Eluvian, and can potentially cause the death of the clan unless Hawke coddles the Dalish hunters who threaten Merrill.

I thought Merrill was an intelligent woman. Culture shock aside, she handles magic and blood magic proficiently for several years. She's proactive about stopping the plight of the People. I respected the character. Marethari let a powerful demon loose, became an abomination, and didn't warn her clan. She endangered every member of the clan with her actions. I ended up wiping out the whole clan because they tried to commit cold-blooded murder against Merrill and my ethnically Antivan, apostate Hawke.

Why do you always point out he's ethnically Antivan every time you mention him? lol

I like the idea of a Latino equivalent protagonist.

Alright I killed Merrill, it was a bit sad to kill her (much better is to kill Fenris), in order to kill her must be Anders as friend, details :

In most cases Merrill will immediately agree to help Hawke who sided with the templars. However, if the following conditions are met simultaneously, she will refuse:
■Anders is a 100% rival and his Act 3 Questioning Beliefs quest was completed, i.e. he can be potentially persuaded to turn against the mages.
■Merrill's Act 3 Questioning Beliefs quest was not completed.

Later Hawke will see Merrill in the Gallows courtyard. If you choose the top option ("Join Me"), she will always rejoin the party, telling Orsino that Hawke is now "her people". If you choose any of the other two options, she will walk away and Hawke will encounter her inside the Gallows: at this point all dialogue options lead to killing Merrill in combat.
The following has no effect on Merrill's behavior during the Last Straw:
■Anders' fate (you can kill both of them in one playthrough)
■Friendship/rivalry with Merrill

Merrill is my favourite NPC in this game. What side is better mage or templairs ?

That is quite the question. And the answer is completely subjective.

The difference between an objective statement and a subjective statment is thus:

objective-a fact that simply cannot be disputed. If one person says it, it's always correct. Example 2+2=4.

subjective-a statment that is always true, but only to the person who says it. One person may say chocolate is horrible because they have a chocolate allergy, and to them, chocolate is horrible. But to another person, it's the perfect pick-me-up after a bad day.

You'll find here on the forums, that the issue with mages and templars and who is right is quite subjective. I myself believe supporting the mages is the right thing to do for a multitude of reasons. Whereas someone else may feel that the templars are the people to support for completely different reasons. And all the reasons may be perfectly valid.
