Tried to buy the arrival DLC but it kept failing to purchase the Bioware points then I went to play ME2 and the Cerberus Network was not connected and now it just asks me for a reedeem code, I put in the code I got with the game isn't allowed as it's already been regestered. Why has it gone? Why can't I log in ? With out the network I've lost all my DLC.
Any ideas ??
Cheers

You don't have the box to enter your bioware/EA id/email account info to log onto the network?? I don't think you should have to redeem any code, but more log into your account here/ea.

I have this aswell now for an hour or two and i activated my code lastnight, does this keep me from extra's while playing? if it does then i should wait, and does anyone know if this is normal and that the EA servers are acting weird again?
Thanks

when i start the game up i get a message saying about lost connection, i sign in but then it asks me for the redeem code. I got ME2 when it was released and it's worked fine, I've downloaded, installed and played the DLC missions and party members I wanted to download 'The Arrival' when i went on to the game i found this issue.

Problems with purchasing Bioware Points should be referred to the appropriate forum.

If you have problems connecting to the Cerberus Network, from the main menu click on Extras -> Options -> Online, and disable the automatic login. There isa problem where it wont always automatically log you in. Yuo can then connect manually by entering your login details, which is the same account you use to log into this site.

when i manually log in it askes for the Cerburus redeem code, i enter the one i have and used when i got the game and it tells me its invalid, i'm not paying more for something i already have, i was wanting to but the arrival DLC to play through thatready for ME3

You will need to contact EA support in regards to the Cerberus code problem, they are the ones that handle official support, including account problems.
