I think the one hour long length was not an official statement by bioware
and I hope its longer than that.

99% of the people consider Christmas the Holidays in the USA. Why would they announce this DLC in late November if they did not want to get it out to capitalize on Christmas and the fact most people will be at home, and the gamers would be more than happy to purchase new content for their game. But that time will be past soon so much for Bioware capitializaing on people purchasing this before the holidays when they are off work.

For PC and X360, we're still working hard to get it out in time for Christmas but we're not out of the woods quite yet.

However I don't think Bioware should be putting their customers off like this. I know they're on Holiday right now, we know it's not coming out today or tomorrow, we know they're late, we've known for some time now...I mean grow a pair Bioware.

I read all those 115 pages and after thinking about voice actings, some unique items, armors and arms, all the other things involved with this DLC and also certification process price dropping and adding some extra content, I think this delay isn't unexpected. Also I think even 10 bucks will fit for this kind of content, if you think about how much effort it takes to create them of course. This isn't some kind of homemade mod without cutscenes and voice acting after all.
Personally, I give up about RtO's availability at xmas after Rob said that:Rob Bartel wrote...

But I wonder if we ever get a DLC takes place "after" Denerim and Ferelden saved. I mean I didn't satisfied with the pictures and stories at the ending and I want to see how my actions effected people around my character.

Then are you saying a full expansion with voice acting and 4-8 hours of content should cost $50 or more. In this economy they can't excpect to nickle and dime us to death like that. from what i've read from the DEV'S comments about this DLC a vetern player could get through this upcoming DLC in less than a hour much like Wardens keep which was a big dissappointment. I'm all for being fair like if they came out with something that took like 3 hours to get through I would pay $10-$15 for that. http://social.biowar...dex/241198&lf=8

Of course Im not saying that, but i think 5$ is just fine for what we gonna get. I read Rob's posts by the way.
On a second thought, if BW says "hey, we got an expansion pack, its Dragon Age: Bla Bla, it takes place after you kill Archedemon, also it has 5 to 7 hours of playtime, and it comes out tomorrow but we're selling it from 50 bucks. " Seriously, I will buy it. But it will be a "Downloadable Robbery" of course.

Yes the world ends in 2012. Question is, which comes first - RtO or the end of all life as we know it. Bets anyone?
Third option: Duke Nukem Forever goes gold
