Maybe "season" is the word we should be looking at and not "holiday".  Maybe what they meant to say is "Available this Winter!!!!!"

Anyway still waiting, with less patience every day.  Thought Bioware might have a Christmas present for me today but oh well.  HURRY UP!!!!

In all honesty i wish that they would of made dragon age combat more like the combat in Oblivion. Because the click a button and watch sequence gets a little boring at times.

I have to confess that I have not read through all 124 pages but... has anyone from Bioware responded "at all" to us? Not a whine. Just honest curiousity. I find it odd they'd just blow off their fanbase totally.

Untill this holiday season is over or Return to Ostagar is released.. no one did not say it will be released before X-mas in they page it say clear "Available this holiday season" what I hope mean before 1.1.2010 but it might mean any day before holiday season is officially over and people are back to work.

That's kind of what I was thinking, Count-JN. I'm wondering if by saying "this holiday season" they're really MEANING "before the 1st of the New Year".



They still have "about" a week left to vindicate themselves, in fairness.

Really would like to see a filter option to only see Bioware posts ... or is there one and i just dont know how to use it

I think the reason noone has responded on here, is even if they tried, they would have some sod rip their response apart, and set themselves a false expectation, just to demand another explaination. And so the ship goes round and round in circles.



Be patient people. I am playing the game on a new difficutly level now, so for me this is just like playing it all brand new again anyways.



Really, when Bioware gets it out, whether because EA did or did not tell them to wait, they will get it out when it is ready. Sure enough, if you got a trashy product straight away, people would be on here griping about how much it sucked. Really, go spend time with your families or something. And have a safe holiday season.

The they should update the page where they announce/sell the DLC....

remove the available this holiday season tag or remove the ad altogether,,,,

Click the blue BIOWARE button below the thread title on the forum page. Not that it'll do you any good since they haven't said anything about anything in two weeks.

And the last time anything informative was posted it was to say that the PC version still looked set to be out by Christmas (Oops, missed that one), the 360 version had a problem and they were trying to keep it on track for Christmas (Oops, missed it again), and that the PS3 version wouldn't be out till January because of Sony's QA process (Still some hope that this one will be out when it's supposed to be).

Why I remember a time when there were not RPGs or DLC.  When a blocky little figure would run around shooting holes in the ground in lode runner would keep me busy for days.  Have this many people really done everything there is to do with all of the origins already?  I've only managed to complete three of them and I'm starting my fourth right now. Sure a new side quest would be great but it's not like the game is terrible without it.  I was once left for two days on a pier in Kuwait...now that was a missed deadline I was upset about.

Um... ok... Little Paw... I don't know where you have been, but Christmas to new years has been the "Holiday season" since they existed as holiday seasons.

-Government officials usually get christmas to just after new years off
- Christams day, boxing day and new years day are all Stat holidays... if you have a job and you think they are not, let them know. I'm sure they wouldn't mind paying you normal wage if you work those days.
- people have always said, "Happy holidays" and " have a merry christmas and a happy new year.
-As a retail manager I get extra days off during the, "holiday season" that you think doesn't exist... that's during Christmas to new years.

Bioware is not late on this until Jan 2... just because you are a brat, does not make them late... try living real life as you wait...

Bioware just shot themselves in the foot.



I don't know how much the rest of you know about American culture (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in Canada where you can become successful by being an ****. If you screw someone over in America, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is repentance.



What this means is the American public, after hearing about this, is not going to want to purchase Return To Ostagar for either system, nor will they purchase any of Bioware's games. This is HUGE. You can laugh all you want, but Bioware has alienated an entire market with this move.



Bioware, publicly apologize and release some info or you can kiss your business goodbye.
