We can't simply assume things...and even if they have, lots of companies have made promises they couldn't keep. Yes, I know, its BioWare, but have none of you EVER missed a deadline for anything?

You are right. Bioware said they would update this thread at least once a week. If thing were good, it would only take one dev 10 seconds to give us a heads up. Speaking up when things are grim is hard especially when so many promises have been made. And also, "this holiday season" is a politically correct way of saying "Christmas" so as not to "offend" people who dont celebrate Christmas.

Yeah and whenever someone misses a deadline there is no reprimanding or complaining or losing of jobs. Everyone just hangs around and sings christmas carols and joke about how hard it is to meet deadlines and how it's pointless anyway why meet it when it's understandeable that people do miss deadlines.

I think they did intend to release this during christmas, but the PS3 testing issue which is beyond their control, has set them back.

Return to Ostagar is said to be released and available for $5 but I can't find it in the Downloadable Content Folder in the game menu so how do I get it?

Heh, Kings Bounty: Armored Princess is amazing value for $10 USD... (I paid full price for it a few weeks ago).

seriously...how long does it take to release DLC that will barely last an hour of gameplay if we are lucky...this isnt like fallout 3 were the DLC lasts at least a decent amount of hours!

From my experience from DA:O DLC i would say pretty long.
